

Paula Keller (Director)

Paula earned a BS in Business Administration from Trinity College. For much of her career, she worked in the recruiting industry. Paula is a mother of three. Prior to joining UCNS, she volunteered extensively at Rowayton Elementary School and was a member of their PTA Executive Board. Paula joined UCNS in 2008.
Judi Livi
ngston (Fours Head Teacher)

Judi received a BFA in Music Education from Long Island University. She taught pre-school in NY for six years, prior to moving to Rowayton with her husband John, pastor of the United Church of Rowayton. The mother of three, Judi teaches piano to area children and sings both professionally and as a member of the United Church of Rowayton choir. Judi has been at UCNS since 1987.
Susan Lue (Fours Head Teacher)

Sue received a BA in Economics and Asian Studies from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. She also received her Child Development Associate credential from Norwalk Community College and received her Head Teacher certification last year. Sue worked at the Federal Reserve Bank for six years before moving to Toronto and then London with her husband. She is a mother of two children who both attended UCNS. Sue has been teaching at UCNS since 2003.
Laurie Clingenpeel (Three's Head Teacher & Extended Day)

Laurie is a certified Head Teacher and has been at UCNS since 1998. Laurie earned a BA in Elementary Education from Ohio Wesleyan University. She is the mother of three UCNS graduates. Prior to joining UCNS, she volunteered and was on staff at Rowayton Elementary School.
Peggie Rath (Threes Assistant)

Peggie has been at UCNS since 2000. She attended Ohio Wesleyan University, and is the mother of a former UCNS graduate. Prior to joining UCNS, Peggie spent many years volunteering at Columbus Magnet School in South Norwalk.
Wendy Blattman (Threes Assistant)

Wendy is also a former UCNS mom - and a former Executive Board member. Wendy holds a B.S. in Family/Child Studies from Montclair State University and worked in the Executive Recruiting field for twelve years prior to starting her family. Wendy also attended Norwalk Community College and studied Early Childhood Education, and has been teaching at UCNS since 2007.
Loreta Juknaite (Head Two's Teacher, Extended Day)

Loreta earned a BA degree in Music Education from Siauliai University in Lithuania. She also teaches piano to area students. Loreta graduated from Norwalk Community College with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and has her Head Teacher certification. Loreta joined UCNS in 2001.
Karen Meese (Head Pre-K Teacher)

Karen is a Bank Street trained teacher who has worked for many years in the Norwalk Public School System. Prior to joining UCNS, she taught first grade at Columbus Magnet School and held various teaching positions in Marvin Elementary School. Karen, the mother of two, has also served on the Five Mile River Nursery School Council.
